THE RELEASE NOTES

Built, reviewed, improved.

A documented history from NASQ’s first public App Store release. Internal build numbers are not treated as separate public releases.

0.3.5Submitted to Apple

A clearer today. A calmer interface.

  • Today is identified in the week strip, with clearer rest-day and upcoming-session states.
  • A red dot marks a past scheduled workout that was missed.
  • New visitors start in light mode; switch outlines are clearer against light surfaces.
  • AI allowance changes to 15 requests per user per UTC day, with a 10-second interval.

The existing 0.3.5 build was resubmitted on 31 October. Check the App Store for availability.

0.3.4Released

A more connected training and food experience.

  • A refreshed light and dark interface, shorter two-page setup, and support for seven training days.
  • NASQ AI Coach with meal and exercise cards, in-chat video playback and camera interaction.
  • Two-step food-photo review: confirm the food, then review ingredients and portions; clearly labelled estimates for foods outside the library.
  • Supported equipment-photo confirmation, workout settings, Planned/Eaten meals, clearer meal imagery and progress views.

Public release date verified in Apple’s app record. Development and release files document the interface and coaching work.

0.3.3First public release

NASQ arrives on the App Store.

  • Workout planning and exercise reference videos.
  • Food planning and progress tracking in Arabic and English.
  • The foundation for subsequent training, nutrition and interface improvements.

The first public release date is verified by Apple; the release history identifies the launch version as 0.3.3.

Dates come from Apple’s public app record, release files and version-control history. 0.3.5 submission is recorded in our 31 October release log; submission does not mean approval or public availability.
